Mentoring and Befriending
Commitment to one on one sessions with residents, usually over several months.
Training
assisting our learning team to provide learning opportunities such as C.V. preparation, discussion groups, life coping skills, vocational skill, (such as Baking, gardening, cookery etc.), sports etc.
Administrative duties
Administrative duties in one of our accommodation centres e.g. handing out food and clothing, manning the reception, security duties, clerical work, cooking etc.
Pastoral and Spiritual care
By taking up individual and corporate prayer meetings, bible studies and Worship sessions, Counseling, etc.
Professional Assistance
For us to function effectively, we require the expertise of a wide variety of professionals such as Social workers, Doctors, Lawyers, Auditors, Serving and Ex-service Men, IT, Estate Agents, Employment Agents, etc.
Job Hunting
Helping residents secure suitable jobs.
House Hunting
Assist residents exiting the program in finding suitable accommodation.
Employing a Candidate
Companies and employers of labour can assist by employing residents in their companies based on recommendation from the centre.
